Sambal

  • 8 normal(mild) chili peppers
  • 2 medium red unions
  • 4 garlic
  • clear oil
  • small splash of ketjap manis
  • small amount of clear vinegar
  • some salt and or trassi like (you could also use supermarket nasi type of paste which contains trassi)

|–>Bake the unions in a cooking pan with clear oil also add the garlic after a little baking at middle to low heat, the unions i like a bit caramelized so a bit browned which gives it a sweetness

|–>Add the ketjap, vinegar and peppers grinded

|–>Cook out a jar and put the mixture in and put it upside down to cool off
